At Gockly, customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the following terms:
Eligibility

Product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened perfumes or fragrances

Opened cosmetics or beauty products

Personal care products once unsealed
Except in cases where the product is received damaged or incorrect.
Product Authenticity & Scope
This policy applies to original products distributed and retailed by Gockly, sourced through authorized and trusted suppliers.
Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used.

Bank card payments (Visa / MasterCard) are refunded only to the same bank card.

Refunds cannot be transferred to another card, bank account, or third party.
Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated after inspection approval.

Processing time: 7–14 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from Gockly.
Exchanges

Exchange for the same product or another product of equal or higher value is allowed.

Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Exchange shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
