At Gockly, customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened perfumes or fragrances

  • Opened cosmetics or beauty products

  • Personal care products once unsealed

Except in cases where the product is received damaged or incorrect.

Product Authenticity & Scope

This policy applies to original products distributed and retailed by Gockly, sourced through authorized and trusted suppliers.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used.

  • Bank card payments (Visa / MasterCard) are refunded only to the same bank card.

  • Refunds cannot be transferred to another card, bank account, or third party.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated after inspection approval.

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is from Gockly.

Exchanges

  • Exchange for the same product or another product of equal or higher value is allowed.

  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

  • Exchange shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
